The Road Ahead - Keeping You Moving

Welcome to the Road Ahead - the Auto Club's initiative to help keep you moving. Over the last several years, California voters have stepped up to support efforts to invest in the state's transportation infrastructure and improve congestion by approving billions of dollars in state bonds and local sales taxes for highway, local road, and public transit improvements. The message has been clear - improving mobility and making our roads safer must be a higher priority for state and local officials responsible for our transportation network. However, money is only part of the challenge. Now we must make sure that the money is spent on the most effective projects quickly and efficiently. This website provides information on major transportation initiatives and helps you make your voice heard on transportation issues by directly contacting your elected officials.

Action Alert

State and Federal governments need to focus on repairing and improving our highways, local roads, and transit systems. Write your elected officials today and let them know that our mobility and safety are important.
